All real estate services are provided through Cornerstone Realty LLC in accordance with the Idaho Real Estate License Law and the rules of the Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC).

Idaho Agency Disclosure

Under Idaho law, a real estate brokerage and its agents owe certain duties to consumers. Until a written representation agreement is signed, a brokerage and its licensees are considered nonagents who assist consumers in a real estate transaction without acting as an agent for either party. When you are ready to be represented, we will provide and explain the Idaho “Agency Disclosure Brochure” and any required agency representation agreement, as mandated by Idaho Code Title 54, Chapter 20.
